CHILIPEPPERS: Senses on fire
Grow the hottest peppers on the planet!
Here's
a handy chart on the relative hotness of chilipeppers!
Always remember that the amount of Capsaicinoids, the active ingredients in
peppers that make them hot, can vary from crop to cropdepending upon many factors.
If you grow a crop that is particularly tasty, we suggest you either save the
seeds or take cuttings and clone new plants. Should you decide to do this, be
forewarned! This is where you can unwittingly shift from being a mild-mannered
family-oriented whatever you are into a mad scientist creating hot tonguetip
burning monsters from hell! Also take note that screaming hot is not always
the best taste. Chili peppers vary in their complexity of taste sensations like
fine varietal wines.

cousins, they are still chilipeppers, folks, so we don't recommend feeding them
to your unsuspecting children and pets.
