There are four Nutramist garden models, the Propagator 100 and 200 are designed for rooting cuttings and the Producer 16 and 32 have been designed to grow plants to term. The both maximize production by combining our fogging technology with Ebb & Flo. By constantly fogging the upper root zone and intermittently flooding the lower root zone, plants are afforded both maximum Oxygenation and access to an unlimited supply of nutrient solution at the bottom of the tray. This method has proven itself most effective especially with heavy feeders that require an extremely healthy root system to support heavy harvest of fruits and flowers. The Nutramist Fog & Flood gardens include a completely silent ultrasonic fogger and powerful submersible pump and all plumbing. Both garden styles share the same trays which allows the grower to simply change lids in order to repurpose their system.

The Problem
The entire concept of aeroponics revolves around providing roots with access to extra Oxygen in order to increase metabolism. Until now, this benefit has not been truly realized because spraying roots with such large droplets effectively drenches them in solution which ultimately inhibits their access to available Oxygen. In order for roots to benefit from additional Oxygen, the solution droplet size must be significantly reduced to that which does not impair such access.

The Solution
The Nutramist system utilizes a solid-state, ultrasonic device to create a "dry fog" with a droplet size of less than 5 microns! That's like comparing the size of a BB to that of a basketball! At this size, the nutrient enriched mist behaves like a fluid but in a gaseous phase which can readily penetrate roots without drenching them in solution. The result is two-fold in that roots now have unlimited access to Oxygen and can now develop tiny fine root hairs which exponentially increased their surface area and ability to uptake water and nutrients.

The Healthier Your Roots, The Better Your Fruits
Besides providing the finest solution droplet size, Nutramist systems constantly inject the root zone with fresh, Oxygen rich air. When combined with their non-recirculating nutrient delivery system, the Nutramist systems eliminate the need for constant pH and solution concentration adjustment. In addition, their solid state ultrasonic delivery mechanism sterilizes incoming nutrient solution which helps prevent root rot and transmission of pathogens between crops grown in the same system. The result is healthier roots that can provide significantly increased Oxygen, water and nutrient uptake which equates directly to faster production of more of the tasty flowers, fruit and vegetables you garden for.

High Output, High Quality Construction
Nutramist gardens are built around our extra deep, 3' x 3' heavy duty Nutraflow trays which are deeply grooved to allow root mats to get a firm grasp and make the plants above more stable. The Nutramist trays also have a gentle, center-sloping design to prevent standing water - a common inhibitor in many systems. The 22 gallon condensate collection tanks that the trays sit on are made from 1/4" hydroponics grade plastic which easily supports the much reduced weight of the media and water-free tables. The Nutramist garden tops are made from heavy duty, hydroponics grade plastic that's white on top to reflect light and heat and black inside to prevent algae growth.

Now Available in Cloner And Production Units
Available with either (16) 3" plant sites for production environments or (100) 2" plant sites for use in propagation. The optimum configuration is two trays per Nutramist model 3 ultrasonic fogger which provides either 32 plant sites for production or 200 plant sites for propagation. For smaller gardens where you wish to employ just one tray, we highly recommend using our fully-adjustable, short cycle timer to reduce fog output when plants are small and not consuming as much fog as the Nutramist system is able to produce, even on its lowest setting.
