The formula is as follows, note that where you see [surcharge] that's the additional
surcharge for extra large or heavy items. ie, if you order qty=4 of an item
with a surchage $5, the total surcharge is $20. We offer same day shipping on all in-stock items, when your order is placed by 12 noon EST.
