The XGC-1 Xtreme Greenhouse Controller from C.A.P. is the best all-in-one controller ever made. The XGC-1 controls all of the main devices required in todays modern hydroponic garden. It also includes the single most accurate method of controlling supplemental CO2 is Fuzzy Logic. Fuzzy-logic can be compared to a good driver. As a good driver approaches a red light, he or she applies the brakes to gradually slow down BEFORE getting to the intersection. Fuzzy-logic uses the same idea to bring the CO2 level up to the desired setting without over-shooting the desired CO2 level. The specifications of the XGC-1 are identical in every way to the CGC-1 except for the addition of Fuzzy-Logic CO2 control.Your gardens HID lights are controlled by a precision 24-hour time-clock. Two outlets are provided for your HID or florescent lights. Other functions such as supplemental CO2 and the hydroponic pumps are also coordinated with the time-clock.
Two of the outlets on the XGC-1 are for your exhaust fan(s) or air-conditioner. A built-in thermostat and humistat handles the growing areas temperature and humidity control functions.
The two hydroponic outlets allow your water pump(s) to be controlled by our built-in ART (Adjustable Recycling Timer). A selector switch allows the user to determine if the hydroponic pumps are to cycle only when the lights are ON, or 24-hours a day.
An auxiliary "Night" outlet is activated when the lights are turned OFF. It is perfect for controlling humidity at night using a de-humidifier or for a separate heater.
Supplemental CO2 is coordinated to work in harmony with your exhaust fans temperature and humidity control functions. When the exhaust fans are running, the CO2 is disabled to conserve CO2.
Fuzzy-Logic eliminates all the guesswork associated with using supplemental CO2. Whether your using compressed CO2 or gas-fired generators, there is simply no equal. When using a CO2 generator, the user can change the XGC-1s control mode to ON / OFF control which eliminates the rapid cycling of the CO2 generator.
The XGC-1 is rated for 15-amps @ 120volt.
